Cancellation Policy

  • Clients who have pre registered for a class and can not attend must cancel at least 12 hours prior to the start of class. Any cancellations inside the 12 hour period will result in the client being charged for the unattended class. 

Pass Policy

  • Clients who have purchased trainer passes but wish to use a Phantom spin bike must purchase additional spin bike passes.
