Weekly build- up to a 50 min workout with 5 min warm up and 5 min. cool down.

Proper form on the bike.

Proper pedal stroke.

Proper hand positions.

Learning how to use the rpm`s and what that means as far as fitness.

Proper post ride stretches, both on and off bike.

Nutrition pre- and post spin.

Building bike endurance.

Building confidence on a spin bike and in a fitness class.
