Classes start Friday September 27th 5pm.

This is a 12 week progressive course.


Package purchase automatically registers you for all 12 classes.

  • Bike set up basic.

  • Proper warm up.

  • Weekly build- up to a 50 min workout with 5 min warm up and 5 min. cool down.

  • Proper form on the bike.

  • Proper pedal stroke.

  • Proper hand positions.

  • Learning how to use the rpm`s and what that means as far as fitness.

  • Proper post ride stretches, both on and off bike.

  • Nutrition pre- and post spin.

  • Building bike endurance.

  • Building confidence on a spin bike and in a fitness class.

  • And you will have loads of Fun getting Fit!
