Jasper has been one of Canada’s most reputable endurance athletes for the past two decades. His accomplishments are numerous; including 2006 Canada Ironman champion and dozens of professional wins as a triathlete. From the year 2000 to 2011 Jasper never finished lower than 5th in an Ironman with the exception of one race in 2001.
I like to make my workouts fun and energetic. So much so you won’t even realize the effort you’re putting out to get the most of your work out. My eclectic brand of music will have you humming along and shaking your bod as you roll towards your fitter you.
Mike Neill is a former professional Triathlete with 26 Ironman finishes over a 15 year career, including 11 Ironman World Championships where he was the top placing Canadian for 4 straight years from 2006 – 2009. Mike was named Triathlon Canada’s Elite Long Distance Athlete of the year in 2006. Mike has been the Head Coach of Human Powered Racing Canada since it’s launch in 2006.
My workouts bring the strong cycling component of triathlon to every set. A little classic rock will get your heart pumping and sweat flowing like you’re front row at a Springsteen concert.
Ryan is an avid cyclist and masters bike racer. But don’t let all that spandex fool you, Ryan has been teaching spin since the early 2000s and knows how to match the beat on those hard cadence sessions, and will get you
to your best form ever.

A passionate and dedicated Age Group Triathlete and B78 Coach. Alicia completed her first triathlon over 12 years ago, and has been hooked ever since. She carries that drive and excitement from the pursuit of triathlon into supporting others in their endurance and multisport pursuits.
My Fall sessions will focus will on functional, intentional and challenging training sets. These sets will support maintaining your summer fitness and hold off the low light blues as we move into the shorter days.

Laura's journey with fitness has lead her from mountain biking to running marathons, to road cycling, swimming, and triathlons, and now she finds herself returning to her true Love; riding. Whether it's on a road bike or spin a bike, she Loves to ride ... Aboard her pink bike clad in pink kit you can't miss her smile and energy as she blows by you on the road. In 2019 I helped coach the Trek Store learn to ride clinics and look at expanding my on road clinic work in the future.
Since January 2017, I have taught “cyclefit” at the downtown YM/YMCA . My goal is to foster a fun and inclusive experience for everyone!
Self proclaimed "Worlds Greatest Spin Instructor". Bill cut his teeth teaching cycling to the Canadian Cancer Society Tour de rock over 20 years ago. Over his time working with various groups he has learned how to the get the most from his athletes coining the phrase "crack and suffer".
Bill's Gargantuan ego and unshakable desire for attention will serve you well as you'll be able to disappear into the fold of the class as Bill draws all eyes forward.
Saskia has a Bachelor Degree in Sport and Fitness Leadership and has been active in a variety of sports her whole life - both at a recreational and competitive level. Living an active lifestyle has always been a priority for me and motivating others to incorporate movement into their daily lives is one of my passions.
Coaching has always been a big part of her life. She loves being able to help people of a variety of abilities achieve their goals. She believes in setting crazy goals and having fun along the way!
